Masha Bucher is the Founder and General Partner of Day One Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that bridges innovative technology with society through storytelling, art, and culture.
She has backed 12 unicorns early, with 30+ exits, an IPO and portfolio companies including Invisible, DuckDuckGo, Remote, World, you.com, Symbolica, MSCHF, Valar Atomics, Orchid, Rainmaker and more.
Prior to founding Day One, Masha built a career at the intersection of VC and communications, working with companies such as Houzz, HotelTonight, and Gett.
She previously served as VP of Communications at Acronis and led communications at VC firm Runa Capital.
